Take Care ; some patients try to buy ur sympathy by attacking the honor of one of ur near competetors due to disagreement in thier relation, unfortunally u may misunderstood this situation& translated as patient's loyality, in fact it isn't a real loyality,
In this case u r driving the situation from a false proud platform due to sense of revenge regarding " competetion basis ". u should retreat & evaluate the case of this patient on the basis of new comer patient & forget that he/she is an old customer belonging to other dental office but in the same time try to investigate the reason of his leakage from that office , sure ; this is the stud of horse instead of creating a false ambitions ~ inside ur dental practice's plan.
