Trick ; f u promise ur patient that u 'll re-fund him/her 10% of what should paid in today's session in case of a single session & 25% for any family session for 3 persons or more just in case he /she keeping on thier appointment time & attend in time inside ur operating room !can u calculate numerically in figures how much u 'll save regarding money , effort & time, necessarily??? of course well!!!!
