STAFF MEMBERS IN DENTAL OFFICE

  • Avoid staff rewarding in case they r acting in thier mandatory processes within ur system , avoid spoiling them......> only salaries
  • Only & u should offer a collective & a special rewards to them in case of creation &/ or achieving leap results regarding no.of booking or cash flow revenue , to earn thier loyality & avoiding thier future depression or striking......>salaries + bonus from net profits+ special bonus for the active member.
  • U should do a collective salary discount & administrative penalties in case of a defective duties causing a turblent marketting system & bad cash flow results, this done to avoid spoiling them & refresh thier minds .......> cut % from salary + penalties
