Actually there is a real principle , stated that patient can smell "need" "fear" & see "stress" from a mile away and run,,, at 1st sign of desperation,,,, away from ur practice .however the opposite come true in case u r flooded e' new patients they 'll see it feel relaxed & want to be a part of these system w' starts e' marketting & marketting gets the phone rings , hence u and ur staff do ur job once u get them in the chair!!!!!
